Townhouse Inns of Havre, Havre

This hotel is filthy! It was also not stocked with enough items for 2 adults and 1 child. Also, the hot tub was down for repair. The pictures you see on their site are very deceiving. The reason it doesn't show pictures of the rooms is because they probably realize it would hurt their business. Obviously we were very unhappy with the stay! Absolutely not worth the rate charged!!!

I have never had so much problems with a Hotel. First I booked online with Hotel and they changed my credit card so we thought we are ready to go. We get into town around 345pm and I walk in the lady was nice said Hi I was feel good because for a small town it was very busy. I went to sign and seen that it was not the room I payed for the lady said "oh sometimes when you book online the hotel doesn't and email from hotels. WHAT I payed for this room well the lady said I have other room but its not cleaned . Well at this point we drive over 3.5 hours we had to get to the fight so out friend got warm up. Anyways I dropped them off and went other 45mins back to Havre to get my room and clean up but when I came back there a old man was in front of me had no problems getting his king room in the same building as the pool and breakfast. Other young lady said hi! told her my name is give me a paper and told me my room I paid 125.00 for was across the parking lot and I need to carry my bags up the stairs because there is no elevator. AT THIS POINT I WAS SO MAD BECAUSE HOW COULD THEY TREAT ME LIKE THIS I PAID MY ROOM AHEAD OF TIME. I give her the keys back and they said they wouldn't change anything to my card and we went to find other room but as we know it there was none. We went to eat at 4B's and I wouldn't eat there we see a sign after we eat that said if you get sick from rare meat we are not reasonably or something it was late but every one of us got sick anyways made it home alive we almost hit a drink guy sitting in the road and two deer. I would never go back to this town or stay at this hotel it was THE WORST TRIP EVER but hotels gave us our money back in 3-5 days
