THE spot to stay in Bozeman
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/6/11
The Grantree is a great all around facility. The rooms are always clean and nicely set up. The restaurant serves excellent food and the beverages just keep on coming from the friendly staff. Great place to watch sporting events or to just vist with friends.

Great Experience
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 3/28/08
The Grantree offers not only a clean and friendly hotel atmosphere, but also an excellent restaurant, bar, and casino. I enjoyed eating at the restaurant. I have stayed there and ate their breakfast buffet, which I thought was amazing in selection and taste. The staff in the bar and casino were very friendly. I enjoy staying here for the friendly atmosphere of all aspects of the hotel.

Happy with our stay
By supershopper, 4/25/07
After searching various web sites I chose the Grantree for several reasons. My husband and I were with our two teenagers and female german shepherd. We weren't charged extra for the roll away or the dog. This was the only case in Bozeman at the time and hotels we searched. We had friends in the area and also planned to tour the college. We opted for a suite which gave us a sitting area for socializing as well as 2 TVs . The fact that it had a fridge and a pool were important and though it was a bit tight with the hide a bed out and an additional roll away we were still happy with the room. It had a great view with two big operating windows- I can't stand not being able to open the windows.. we prefer fresh air and had no problem getting extra blankets from the very friendly staff. The pillow top king matress was very comfortable, nice full pillows, the roll a way was a bit tired and not as high quality as we've had in the past, this is one of my only complaints. We never ate at the restaurant (prices a bit high and the Easter buffet was booked and obviuosly very popular) we ate very well at 3 area restaurants. I liked having the use of the high speed computers and the kids were able to keep up with their friends on the internet while we were there. I tried the casino but unfortunely didn't stay long due to the fact that it seemed like everyone in it was smoking. The hotel location was very convenient and I was surprised that it is positioned in such a way that the interstate is hardly noticable. It seems if you had children that wanted to use the pool a lot you should ask for a room that opens to the pool, but otherwise I would think these rooms would be noisey . We will defiantely stay here again. The only things missing that I would have liked were a complimentry continental breakfast and a bit more space in the suite for a sit around table, the suite had a desk with task chair in the bedroom area and a coffee table in the sitting area.

You need a Menu Posted!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 4/10/07
The employees were amazing... I stayed a few days and I was at a friend level with them... I have never had customer service like this.. The food and drinks were excellent too! I did find it a bit pricy but with all those wonderful employees it was well worth it! I am planning on coming back and staying again and would like to see a drink and food menu posted so I know what treats I will have waiting when I show up! other than that it's great place to travel for business or pleasure... See you soon!

not what it used to be
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 8/22/06
I have stayed at the Grantree over the years and have always enjoyed a modern clean room in the past. within the last few years the quality of the rooms has gone down hill, and overall the price is no longer worth the value. very disapointed.

not the best
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/4/05
This is one of the worst hotels I'e been to. It looked nice. The rooms were easy to get to. But the carpet in our room was sticky, like it had been sprayed down with pop -- Gross. Beware of the breakfast buffet. It made us sick.

One of my personal favorites anywhere!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 4/10/05
I really like this hotel! I have stayed several times and will continue to do so. This hotel is primarily non-smoking, including the restaurant and bar. A real joy to experience. The food is awesome and the bar staff is very friendly. There is always a crowd in the restaurant and bar, so the locals even like it. The rooms are very comfortable and are kept clean and updated. A great location, only about a 7 minute drive from the airport. If you are even just passing through, stay here it is well worth the price.
