One highlight of Sturgis trip
By Brown, 08/03/09
My fellow bikers and I stayed here when it was the Sheriton in 2002. It was comfortable and reasonable at that time. Had a gr8 time in the top floor restaurant with local libations! We stayed here again in 2007, while they were renovating as the Crowne Plaza. Excelleled to 5 stars in my book! Look forward to staying there again in 2010 as we return from Sturgis. Im writing this as I plan our Itenerary.

trains all night long
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/29/08
Stay here if you like listening to trains all night long. Also, the bathroom was completely filthy in my room when we arrived and also smelled bad. Stay out west of town where it's quieter and newer.

Avoid this place!
By SEK Outdoors, 09/26/08
Food service sucked, noise level, aggressive pan handlers, and rooms that are too small and loud to be priced as they are. I will be staying at the new La Quinta at the other end of town!

Wonderful Break from Reality
By CH, 06/13/08
The rooms are clean, the linens new and fresh and the bathrooms were very clean. No problem with the train noise, but the room was on an upper floor. The stay was great!

A BIG Disappointment
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/17/08
I booked a two night stay with a very friendly desk clerk, however that is the last positive experience I had at the Billings Crowne Plaza. The rest of the desk personell were dense--sent a handicapped individual to a restaurant that was closed and placed them in a pillbox of a room. When we asked about handicapped parking--no service was available. I looked forward to having the breakfast buffet that was supposedly complimentary, however, when I used an AARP discount, they charged extra. We turned the thermostat off, and the room still stayed 79 degrees! Fan rattled...and the construction was certainly not irritating.

Hotel still outdated
By Bryn, 03/06/08
Ummm...I thought I was getting a better product with Crowne Plaza, but I am very disappointed. Where do I begin? My phone in the room doesn't work. Both jacks are dead, so I don't have a functioning phone in my room. My bathroom floor is absolutely disgusting - it doesn't look like it has been cleaned in a while. One of the main lamps in the room has no lightbulb. And, there is no hot tub or pool anymore at this hotel (it used to be a Sheraton - which did have a pool here). The rooms are still loud. I can clearly hear my neighbors television. On the upside, they have nice televisions and bedding now - but I'd feel much better trading these in for a cleaner room where things are working. For $130 a night, I expect a working phone and some working lamps in my room - and have no need to wear my flip flops to use the bathroom. NEVER AGAIN. For the price I will continue to go to a better upscale chain hotel in the area.

Trouble Ever since
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/12/08
I really don't want to write a negative review for this motel because I enjoy staying here and the rooms are very nice. But, I have been struggling to get a service issue resolved ever since my stay there a month ago. I reserved my room online and the motel double charged me. I finally got that resolved and now got charged again a month later. When I talked to the manager I feel like I'm talking to a brick wall. I won't be able to stay here anymore.

Horrible!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/20/08
This was by far the worst hotel I have stayed in. The room was very stuffy. The heater was very loud every time it kicked on, trains were always passing by so my wife couldn't sleep at night. During the day I could hear them hammering nails in the walls in the lobby and I was on the 12th floor. This made it so I couldn't sleep during the day (I work nights). The "free" wireless internet wouldn't stay connected for more then 2 min.
