Bel Aire Motel, Missoula

I booked a room a month in advance, know school was starting and we drove over from Great Falls, for the music fest. We arrived to be told by Sharon the very rude front dest person w/ a mouth like a sailor that we were moved to a hotel 4+ miles away. Granted did I say I booked a room over a month ago and CONFIRMED w/ a credit card. I said that is not going to work as we are on motorcycles and wanted to park our bikes to enjoy the festival and have a few drinks w/o driving, she said I don't know what to tell you, you are on the list to move and that is all I know, they do all this s@*t and leave me w/ the mess. Well after a few hours and waitng around and missing 2 bands we go our room, it was suppose to be non smoking, wrong the whole place is smoking and it stinks!!!! and is dirty and the blankets have cig burn holes and are all worn out at the top where the silk usually is, and since we were 3+ hrs from home and were meeting othere couples there and there were no room to be had unless you wanted to pay 200+ $ we were stuck. Dirty hotel, rude front desk person, they don't care about there clients. BEWARE!!! We even got charged more that we were quoted!!!! BIG dispute w/ my C.C. company!!!

Worst experience at a Motel ever! Found this motel through the coupon book found at McDonalds and thought I am getting a steal, Right? Front desk person wouldn't honor my coupon and charged me full price! Not to mention how incredibly rude she was. We go to the room and as I climbed into be I feel a stiff crusty part of the top sheet. OMG Now I at this time of the night just wish to switch rooms, knowing that the next one won't be as bad hopefully... I go down to the front desk, the woman now sees that I have an extra person and proceeds to call me a Cheep B@#$! NOW I want to leave, she refuses to void the charge to my CC card. At this point I call the cops, as she does as well and needless to say the BelAire Motel did everything but offer me a restful nights stay. I went to the Days in down the street, paid twice as much but it was totally worth it!
