Days Inn Columbia, Columbia

We came to Columbia for the Mizzou Football game. Everything was excellent - price, staff, and the cleanliness of the room. Easy access to the interstate and to the Stadium. Would definitely recommend this Hotel!

Overall, I was happy with our stay. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the price was great for the value. Will return in the future.

We were in Columbia MO for a convention, 3 people-we never did have 3 wash cloths either night we were there. The place needs be remodeled or gutted-I wish I would have read the reviews on here before I made the reservations. The ice machine was ALWAYS empty-not sure if it was in working order. When we decided not to stay the 3rd night I went to check out and the lady behind the counter was on the phone with her "boss" she said talking about how many hours of vacation she was going to get. She was on the phone for at least 5 minutes before she told her boss she had to go-she had a customer. She told me that we only had reservations for 2 night! When she gave me my "receipt" I could not read it-the printer needs a new toner or be replaced. I noticed that every piece of paper laying around on two different desks looked just like my receipt-so it had been like that for some time. Then the "free" breakfast--"joke"-advertised as 6:30-9:30. We went at 6:30 and there was nothing set out yet. Eggs, potatoes, make your own waffles and no meat? serve yourself cold cereal, cold muffins, make your own toast-3 pieces of bread in the bag, no coffee even-very, very bad customer service to say the least..

The Hotel is located right on the interstate at the mall exit. We needed to take our dog to the hospital and the front desk was very helpful in finding the place to take him. The room was very clean. We really enjoyed the hot buffet breakfast before getting back on the road.

Our planning process was made simple by Sherry, she took such good care of us that all we had to do was enjoy the wonderful day, she took care of the set up, helping with the menu and the food was great. WE loved the Days Inn Maple ballroom, if you are having any party, contact Sherry and she will take good care of you

Dislike everything. The rooms need a make over , clean good, new carpet, air fresher, paint, new tubs. better tv. I would every stay here again

What I like about the hotel they had nice hot steamy shower water..Tub was nasty need new ones. Front desk people was nice but hotels nasty . Rooms are big but not clean good , the bathroom had dirt in the corner heat did not work good in must of the rooms. Tv was messing up for that type of money they want you could go stay some where else and get a better room. Breakfast was not great. I look for other rooms at other place but they was booked .. You enter the hotel from outside, and the office is in the very front. So if you need anything you have to walk a ways depending on were you stay and it was cold in raining. NOT MY TYPE OF HOTEL BELIVE ME I LOOKED FOR SOMETHING ELSE.

This was the most discusting place I have ever seen, we got in the room and it smelled like mildew, the carpet was about 30 years old and filthy. The phone did not work, hung clothes (2 coats and 2 shirts) on the wall rack and 1/2 of the rack pulled out of the wall. The hair drier did not work unless you held the button in and the tub had black stains all over it. Wireless would not stay connected either. We contacted the front desk (by our cell phone) and they said they and NEVER had any complaintes before.... DUH!!!! Maybe because NO ONE stays there.... there were 2 cars there which were probably the owners who lived there! Needless to say we got out money back and went across the street to a Suites hotel for 20.00 more!!!!! unbelievable! I forgot to mention they wanted 59.99 a night after all discounts were given!

This place is NASTY!! It is FILTHY!! They can not keep staff here. I like the way the management gets on here and writes good reviews for themselves. This place is a garbage dump, nothing but a one night stand crack house. Don't bring your kids here, it is filthy and so run down. Columbia needs to close it down!!!!
