DON'T BELIEVE ANYTHING !

I called for reservations and specifically requested room near an elevator...8 (or ws it 9) rooms away is NOT near an elevator...price was $129 ..only executive rooms were available...we had the same room for $99 several times before....I left a pair of earrings in the room and called ....after 4 days and 7 phone calls, "Jeff" who said he was the Asst. Mgr. told me "90% of people found their lost items in their luggage..when they looked...and they had questioned the staff..no one had seen them...Right !!! STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK !!

great experience

We stayed 2/1/08-2/3/08 and we had a wonderful experience....Clean, quiet, and the desk staff was very helpful. we were given clear information about various destinations in St. Paul and MPLS... We will be back again.. (one comment...The pool area on Saturday evening was sooooooo crowded with a little childs party...I do wish I would have known that but I will ask next time...) We did get to use the hot tub on Friday evening around 9:00pm and was very enjoyable We slept well, GREAT BEDS. We had a room near the elevator but we didn't hear any noise from the halls

I will never go back

First thing was the attitude of the front desk. I asked a simple question, "How do I get to Barnes & Nobles?" They started telling me that if I just wanted coffee there was a Starbucks right up the street. Buying books and coffee are two different things. Second the room was not clean. Hair was on the bathroom floor and in the sink.
