Brentwood Courtyard Hotel, Rochester

I have been coming to this hotel for many years now and the staff at this hotel was wonderful! The manager (Renae)was great at taking care of any concerns that we had as well as all the front desk girls. (The overnight staff could have used some improvenment though.) We found that we felt at home and we had people there that cared like we were thier own family. Thank you for all your support and we are sure to return to see them all again shortly. The rooms could use some improvement but the kindness all but makes up for the room issues. I do agree that there is a problem with mold in the hotel but our room seemed to be clear of that.
