I expected more
By , 09/30/09
This hotel looks nice from the outside, but I think you can get much more bang for your buck elsewhere. You had to pay for everything from internet access to the $5.00 bottle of water waiting for you in your room. In addition to that, my card was charged twice causing me to go over my limit. After calling the hotel, they responded that it was just a hold. But it still prevent me from making anymore purchases. Very disapointing indeed!

Horrible Experience! Please Read!
By Jason, 01/02/09
I went to the hotel for the New Years party a couple days ago. The party was fun but there wasnt as many people there like we expected. The problem came at the end of the night when a Valet attendant who was Arabic (they all were) started to talk trash about my clothes (I was wearing DKNY and Calvin Klein so I dont know what he wears) and just being very rude. He was very disrespectful on the way in as well and I lost my cool with him and the cops became involved. They talk in Arabic when patrons walk in commenting about all the girls and checking them out and talking bad about the guys. So if you want that kind of harrassment from some punk Arabic kids this is the place to stay!

Best Restuarant
By Honeytoosweet, 01/18/07
this is one of the better places I have eaten in. It is very expensive, but I think it's worth the money they treat you like honored guests. The service is great and the food is delivered on time. In between the courses they will bring you samples of things the chef has chosen based on your dinner selection. I also like the ambiance of the place exudes. there is a area where guests can go sit and listen to the live piano player and have drinks if they want. I love this place!

Great Four Star Hotel!
By Skymaster, 04/06/06
The Hyatt Regency is a great place to stay the night in terms of what you get for the money. The only way to do better is to pay significantly more at a five star like the Ritz Carlton. For around $200 or less, you can have a luxury experience hard to beat for the money. The service is grade A. They call you by your surname (Mr., Ms., Mrs.) at every turn, and treat you like royalty regardless of what type of room you're in. And yes, there is a wireless hot spot available (for a premium unfortunately)! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL, especially for couples.

So much Fun
By Sarine, 01/10/06
I loved that the hotel was so close to places to eat and the mall. It was great. I had a awesome time there. Me and all of my friends went out to eat, we walked to the resturant, and we went to the mall. The service was great. They were very friendly.

One of the best hotels
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/14/05
This was one of the best hotels I have ever been to. It was so nice to stay at and the Detroit Lions were there when I was there. The one thing I disliked was that my room did not have a refrigator in it. I was very happy an dwill go back soon.
