Regency Inn Sturgis, Sturgis

This hotel is a nightmare... there are windows broken out in the back of the hotel... paint and siding is peeling...the hall carpets are dirty with oily greasy stains...The halls REEKED from someone who is living there -cooking..I asked a woman with children if she liked it there? She said yes, she lives there....How safe is it to be sleeping and someone upstairs cooking in a microwave?? What if they fall to sleep with food in the microwave and it burns?? You have a FIRE!!! The room was not clean nor where the bedding...the sheets are filthy...the pool wasn't opened plus thee entire pool area was filled with Garbage.... We checked in...looked at the hallway and the room then we checked out within a 15 minutes... I gave the manager back the key card and told him we will NOT be staying...he asked why? I told him everything I listed above...He said ok...and I left...Naturally my credit card was charged for that night....I had booked through Expedia.com and they were able to get my money refunded....BEWARE!!

While on a business trip to Michigan, I along with two other co-workers decided to stay at the Quality Inn, Sturgis, MI. MISTAKE! Check in went smoothly, we thought great rates, free internet, etc. Once we arrived in our room, we found out how mistaken we were!! It looked ok until we pulled back the bedspread and found MOUSE DROPPINGS on the blanket, and sheets! Upon further investigation, it was also on the box springs of both beds! After requesting another room, we packed everything up and moved to the next room, we pulled back the bedspread in this room and the bed hadn't even been changed from the last travelers! Needless to say our next move was OUT! Not a great way to finish a day of business meetings and a long day on the road!

i liked the service i was given, how clean my room was, and where it was located!! the only thing i did not like was that the breakfast wasnt out at 6 am. but other than that it was great, and that David is good at his job!!

I stayed there in october,2004 when I was on a trip to Sturgis.
I stayed at Sturgis Inn and it was very nice. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly.
I also learnt that they were renovationg the property.
I will look forward to stay at Sturgis Inn on my next trip.
