WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER!

I guess because I was 24 at the time and looked 12 might have been a problem for me but never the less I was treated poorly and was not compensated for my inconvenience! When I first arrived it was late in the evening and when I went to check in, the lady at the front desk told me that my card wouldn't work. I gave her 2 more and she told me they didn't work. So I had the hotel taxi take me to a convenience store so I could go to the ATM. When I returned there was another lady there and she asked for my card. When I told her that the 1st lady said my card wouldn't go through she told me that there was no card of mine on file or anything that said my cards weren't valid. When she put my card through it was valid. Since I already went to get cash I just paid for my room upfront with it. When I asked to talk to a manager he was absolutely rude and I saw that it was a moot point since I seemed to be a big inconvenience for him to do his job properly. The room had a stale smell to it. I wouldn't stay here again if I was paid too. I paid too much money for such bad service. I'll never stay at another Sheraton hotel chain ever again.
