Will not be coming back

My husband and I have stayed at the Bay Valley Resort for the last three years on our yearly vacations back home to Michigan and in the past have had excellent service but this stay was horrible,the front desk clerks were rude and unfriendly,not accomodating at all,they were short with us and made us feel like we were a bother,no hot water one night so we were unable to shower,had to have our room key made 4 times during our 10 day stay,it was the first time that our payment was requested in full at the time of check-in,this was a non-smoking hotel and we could tell everytime some was smoking,our room had to be changed 2 times,once at check-in because we were given a handicap room which was not requested and secondly because the room next to us the people came home at 0530 and turned on the TV loud and when we complained about it they said it was a construction worker who would be staying until the end of summer,when we asked to have our room changed she looked at us as though we were nuts for asking,needless to say we were not happy with our stay and would not recommend this hotel,the quality of service was horrible,so much for customer service,I guess the economy is not affecting "Bay Valley Resort",no need for good customer service.
