My husband had booked a room at the beginning of the week for Saturday night stay. He used his corporate credit card to hold the room. He also gave his phone number and told them we would be a late check in. When we went to check in the had given our room to someone else. They had no rooms left for us. Rather than help us out the front desk manager said there was nothing she could do. I couldnt believe it. After talking with friends who work in the area but travel from some distance, we found out that this is not a rare occurence. They said after booking the room for 4 nights they've come back to the hotel in the middle of the week to find that their room key longer works and all of their personal belongings are packed up at the front desk. Unbelievable. How people like this can working in the hospitality business is beyond me. Where is the customer service in the this place!

When I made the reservation, I was looking for some place convenient to shopping and this is exactly what I found. Great care was taken to make sure once I had checked in that I had everything I wanted in the room, and that I was cozy. They even gave me the best stores that had sales going on, at the nearby shopping center. I would definitely come here again!

First of all, I wasn't aware that I would have to smell smoke all night long in my "non-smoking" room. The room next door turned out to be a smoking room. When we went to bed, we noticed sheets were on inside-out on both beds, made us think that they're just flipping sheets, then we saw the layer of dust on top of the headboard. None of the ice machines available to the public are working. There is a pleasant letter from the manager in the room explaining that there are new owners and things will be renewed......we had to wonder if any work will be done at all on the place. The staff was pleasant, very sorry that I didn't enjoy my stay. I'm very sorry too. I'll stay elsewhere next time I'm in the area.

Absolutely the worst stay I have ever had... Rooms are dirty and very nasty. Pay the extra couple of bucks and go to a real hotel.

For what we paid, this was a good stay. Only bad stuff was a slight musty smell that dissipated quickly. It might have been cleaning solutions. Also, the freeway nearby was a bit noisy, but OK (though this is coming from a college student). Service was friendly and helpful, with the receptionists giving us directions to local stores that were open and to Six Flags. The room and beds were overall comfortable, and location conveniently near stores and the freeway. The road it's on is annoying to drive, though (this coming from a Mainer).
