Nasty!! Don't send wedding guests here!

My wedding is in 2007 and I tried to work with the Radisson to block rooms. First of all, they only block off a few rooms and then these rooms are released back to the hotel a month before the wedding- not much of a deal. Another area hotel just discounts the rooms based on availability up until the day of the wedding. The Radisson also charges $3.00 PER ROOM to place welcome baskets for the guests. What ever happened to service? How long does it take to put a basket in a room? None of the other hotels I checked out charge a fee- what a huge turn off!! I called to confirm that my contract to block the rooms was entered into their computer system (after calling 3 separate times and receiving no call back from the Sales Department) and the person at the front desk was the rudest, snottiest person I have ever talked to. I told him that this was the final straw. I'm trying to accomodate my guests but I will be steering them elsewhere! And I will be telling EVERY person I know NOT to stay at the Radisson in Plymouth. They clearly all need hospitality classes because they are NOT hospitable and they have NO CLASS!!
