Room 315 is terrible

Stayed for 2 nights in "Superior Double" room t $269 per night plus tax nd $36 per day for parking. Room was tiny, no minibar, no coffemaker. Instead they want you to order in-room brekfast, which we did once - $50 for 2 people for bacon and eggs. One small window was facing service roof with a wire cage over a ballroom dome. Room above us had a leaking window air-conditioner that poured water into our window. Hotel supposedly won all kinds of eco awards for water conservation, etc. But shower in our tiny bath was as close to a fire hose as you can get - enough water coming out for 4 showers. They ask you to re-use your towels, or put the ones you want replaced on the bathroom floor. We left one on the floor - it actually never got replaced. Very curious experience, will never stay there again. Furniture and curtains were nice, but then the only blanket option was a down comforter in July!?

Get a good deal to enjoy it

The hotel is not worth its average price of $300.00. If you can get in for $200.00 its ok. The location is excellent and the staff is helpful. Parking is very expensive. We asked for a non-smoking room, which was "not guaranteed". Smoking rooms are very stinky!!! Get a non-smoking one. Could be a little cleaner. The air conditioning is very loud too. Just Ok for the price.

Loved it!

From the moment we walked in we enjoyed everything about this hotel. It's a cozy atmosphere, the employees were all very polite, our room was very clean - overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Charming Place

The location, the people are excellent. Dont forget to visit the City Bar try the chicken bonneless and the fried potatoes. In heaven.Also visit the restaurant and try the lobster and the dessert the milkshake with cookies.

Cozy!

I stayed in the Lenox and had a spectacular corner room over looking the Back Bay. It was a great room, at a good rate in a phenomenal location. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely consider staying again.

Great time in Boston

Everone was very nice and the room was large. AT night we could see the lights of wrigley field. Would stay there again anytime.The staff was very quick with service and the bar down stairs was a great place to unwind at night.

We enjoyed our stay and will probably re-visit.

We were given a corner room on the second floor. The view was excellent. We were there in the fall, the weather was cool, with minimal rainfall. We liked the quiet atmosphere and the privacy afforded the guests. The hallway smelled of stale smoke, our room was smoke free. The restaurant did not have a good breakfast cook. When it came, it was cold and had to be returned. It came cold the secone time......we left....
