Holiday Inn Dedham Hotel and Conference Center, Dedham

I had to stay there on business for three months and yes, the staff is very nice and friendly but, the hotel itself was terrible. The wing where my room was leaked every time it rained and therefore, smelled horrible and had mold everywhere. The staff tried to cover it up with air fresheners, but i think that might have made it worse. Plus, when it rained they would put out little garbage cans to catch the water so, that when you were walking around you were dodging drips and over flowing cans. My room was moved and it was not much better. Although, the water and mold was pretty much limited to the hallways and stairwells it was pretty gross. The staff is very good considering the hotel itself was horrible. When and if they fix this problem it will be a very nice place to stay when in deham.

This hotel serves your needs without over the top prices. The service at the front desk was always with a smile. The staff acknowledge you when you leave and return to the hotel. All of the staff no matter what their job description would extend themselves to help you. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. There are several malls in short driving distance and a great variety of places to eat. The business center could be enlarged, they only had 1 computer. I will stay at this hotel anytime I am in the area.
