Nearly destroyed a Bride's wedding day dreams.

Don't get me wrong. The Inn is gorgeous. Perfect location and beautiful scenery. A friend was getting married nearby (don't even ask to be married at the Inn or to block rooms for guests...they have no intention of being that accomodating). When the Bride arrived with her Bridesmaids to get dressed for the ceremony, one of the hotel staff blocked off the stairway REFUSING to allow the Bride and her attendants go to the room saying that the hotel was at full capacity and that no one other than the guest could enter. After much discussion, the hotel staff had nothing to offer the Bride-to-be and her friends saying that the Bride should have already known all of this. I understand that not all 8 of them could be sleeping in the same room - but getting dressed for an hour in a suite that could house a small family? C'mon. Let's get real. The lady at the front desk was on a power trip. She was beyond rude, arrogant and condescending, and had no problem belittling the Bride-to-be on her wedding day.
With the amount it costs to stay here on a peak-season weekend, I would have expected nothing less than 5-star service but clearly with their noses so high in the air it must be hard to understand the joy a Bride should have on her wedding day.
