Holiday Inn Towson-Cromwell Bridge Rd, Towson

Overall the stay was good only because the people who handled the problems took care of the errors very professionally. On the first night, we weren't checked into the computer but we were checked into the room. On the second night, we found out we were checked into the room but not the computer when we couldn't get into our room. After going to the lobby, the receptionist handled things professionally and quickly. But our room hadn't been cleaned. The third day, the security latch had caught so when we tried to get back into the room that evening, we were locked out again. The maintenance man was finally able to cut the latch with bolt cutters allowing us into the room. On the final day, we received a bill. We had prepaid through Yahoo! Travel. This was also explained the first night when we were not checked into the sysytem. Also, the bill we received was for only three nights vice four. Not sure if that was to make up for the incoveniences or another mistake. Since we prepaid, it didnm't do us much good. My Priority Club information isn't correct three business days later. It shows only three nights instead of four.
