Clean inn!
By Frank, 9/3/11
I went here by chance and like they say a place can be a hit or miss this was defiantly a hit for me. I cant miss out on great deals and the associates there were good at doing just that! I also took a look around and its a very well maintained Inn!

before the canada trip
By Sheldon Krisko, 8/28/11
Wanting to stop in a few states before the canada trip we were planning. Marked this place with a big star on the map. Location is pleasant, city is interesting and price is almost costless compared to the other things.

We will never ever go near this place again!
By e, 7/28/08
We always go to the opera in July, but this year we were late in booking, thus all our favorite places were booked. We had to resort to booking this place, but hoped for the best. Our family booked two rooms. Our son's room had a broken door which led to the bathroom. Our room was in need of carpeting and we found a wad of hair behind the coffee maker. We asked the front desk to send someone to vacuum and a girl came in making excuses about a new trainee and how he may have forgotten to vac. Well, she danced around the middle of room with the vac and I had to point out to go down the sides of the beds. All the while, she was dropping pillow cases on the floor that she was holding and stepping on them; I am sure they got put on someones bed. It was unreal. We had no choice but to spend the night. We found several bugs that looked like wood roaches in our room and our son and his wife found one in the tub in their room. This place is apparently under new ownership and just isn't clean. Don't go there.

nice
By Kari ZI, 9/2/07
well i loved the location it was close to many main attractions and resteraunts and our suite was very nice it had a bathroom, mini kitchen, pull out couch/bed,bedroom with 2 queen beds. but we also had a little problem with the fridge. when we opened it it was very smelly( somebody must have left food in before our stay). The service was very helpfull and alert. The breakfeast was complex and filling i was very happy with my stay!

Ever had an associate swear at you?
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 6/1/07
I am sure the words or where I was told to go by an associate at the front desk would be censored, but let me just say that I have been in customer service for over 10 years and I never ever ever used language like this, hung up on a customer, or could not explain charges to a client or guest. I will go out of my way to let everyone know that this place was not only my worst hotel experience ever, it was my worst customer service experience ever.

Do Not Stay Here
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/19/06
My first experience at a Quality Inn, and it will surely be my last, and I am encouraging my Company not to use the choice hotels because of our experience. As soon as I got to the hotel it was about 1AM, and they gave me a smoking room, because I am alergic to smoking rooms, I had asked to be moved. They said they would not be able to do that until the morning. As I entered the room and my eyes watered because of the horrid haze and my nostrils flared of immense smoke, to go along with their yellow colored ceiling. So I go ahead and try to give it a go for a night, I open the laptop and try to get some work done now 2AM, and the high speed connection was non-existant in my room. So it took another hour to get what is done in about 20 minutes. The next day I have to go out and attend various business, I already know that I cannot have my employees stay where I just had been, so after all of the meetings I was going to go ahead and check out. Unfortunatley I checked out at 5:30 PM their cancellation policy is at 4PM, so I try to explain it to the staff at the hotel, and they are disconcerning, irritable, and not customer friendly at all. So I paid for all of it and would just try to reconcille later. That was another huge mistake, since each of these chains are owned seperatley so I call and try to get in touch with a manager, and what I get is a employee whom said if I did not like the room I could of gone elsewhere, at 2AM in the morning. Regardless there was one bright spot in my trip, and that was finally leaving the hotel for a superior hotel (Hilton). In business we at all cost must take care of our customer, in this case, they refused, do not give them your business they do not care about you or your stay. The other hotels may be more expensive but they are worth it. I can sleep almost anywhere, I have returned from deployment in Iraq, but this Quality Inn was absolutely disgusting, not to mention the bathroom was not cleaned, the ceiling was leaking brown water into the bathtub, but I am sure this business has a reason not to take care of their customers. I have a reason never to choose a Choice Hotel or Quality Inn again, and I am sure to tell my Corporation the same.

it doesnt live up to its name.
By Hinal, 4/14/04
room was somewhat ok but the service was horrible especially considering that we paid almost 100 dollars a night for it. we checked in went to our room and found that the bathroom had not been cleaned properly - there were dirt marks there, and the soap was open and jsut lying there clearly recently used. also we wanted to make coffee and there was only one packet of creamer and there were two of us, so we called the front desk to ask for more, and also to tell her about the bathroom, and the front desk person said something like " so? what do you want me to do about it" - and she was very rude about it - not the kind of service i expect from a motel, especially since we paid almost 100 dollars for the room. we decided to check out the next day (orignal plan was to stay for a few days), since we'd already paid for the day. then the front desk person (i think she was the owner too), turns up at our room and says in a rude voice "here is you creamer and i guess you are not happy with the room so would you like to leave - right now". so we did and we went and stayed in the Best Western Manor Inn Next Door and it was lovely there great service at the Best Western - one would think that with both a Howard Johnson Motel, and a Best Western so close by that the owners of the Quality Inn and Suites would be exeptionally willing to keep their guests, but clearly if thats the way the Quality Inn and Suites wants to treat its guests then its got no right to charge $99 a night.
