Just for dogs and their people!
As another reviewer stated, this hotel is “pooch friendly.” Unfortunately, it treats its four-legged guests much better than it treats those of the two-legged variety. The first room we were shown smelled like dogs and there was a dog barking in a nearby door. We were moved to another room and it didn’t smell as badly, but after we got dressed and went outside in the light, we discovered we both had long white dog hairs all over us, so we went to a drug store and bought one of those lint rollers which we completely used up during our stay at the Camden Inn. Then, we went out one night and my husband stepped in dog crap in the parking lot. Yes, people are “supposed” to walk their dogs in designated areas, but if they don’t, management says absolutely nothing, just as it does nothing about barking dogs. I also discovered a flea crawling up my leg which I could have gotten anywhere in the hotel or parking area because dogs are literally all over the place. My advise: Unless you live with dog smells, hairs, barking, fleas and crap at home, give the Camden Inn a wide berth.
