The Edgewater Motor Inn, Old Orchard Beach

The Edgewater is a two-story oceanfront Motor Inn. Its unique decor, spotless accommodations, and generations of gracious hospitality, has brought many families and generations back for many years. The Edgewater offers a panoramic view of the ocean, and a view of the Wood Island Lighthouse. The outdoor pool is heated, and maintained by a certified pool attendant. For those who wish to just kick back and perhaps read a good book, take a nap or just enjoy morning coffee, our upstairs sundeck with a view of the water, is just the perfect place to be. Restaurants abound in the immediate area, and the downtown amusement section is only a 5 minute walk away. Centrally located to many sightseeing experiences, our information center is filled with brochures and sightseeing opportunities available in the general south coast area. Our front desk manager is always happy to help with recommendations or directions. An informal function room is available for smaller groups who would enjoy meeting space while at The Edgewater. There are motor coach groups, wedding groups, religious groups, arts and crafts groups, etc. Our meeting room uniquely offers a small kitchen which we make available to our groups.
