police always there. stayed a week and seen the police everyday.

Made a impression when I walk into lobby, sprial staircase but was all show... Priority club member and doing a lot of traveling and would not recommend the Holiday Inn in Bossier City. If this is what they offer to the club members just please move on....Rooms needed updating......First time in all of my years staying at Holiday Inn's that I was totally disappointed on the room I was given.....It did teach me a lesson and that is before I check in to check out the room first.

After reviewing the comments from this network and noticing they were very old and outdated, we were very skeptical about using the facility. We took advantage of a great offer and spent two nights and were very impressed with all the amenities and services. I think you should update the reviews. Yes, we would go back there in a heart beat. Thanks for a great getaway. We did not miss the "complimentary breakfastes" that are offered because obviously you pay for them somewhere in the price of the room. We need coffee only and a meal later in the day and that was supplied. George and Jean of Texas

I am not going to stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone I know. The area is really grungy and I don't feel very safe. For the price it should have interior hallways (instead of doors that open directly to the outside) and at least one elevator! Also, it does not have a free breakfast. I travel often for business and have been VERY impressed with Holiday Inn Express, but this is my first stay at a Holiday Inn. I am going to spend the rest of my stay in Bossier at another hotel. Hopefully one with an elevator and in a safer neighborhood! The high speed internet is better than dial up but not high speed. It is also very eay to use. The front desk worker was very nice when I cancelled the rest of my reservation though!
