place u would like to stay for weeks

Well we had 2 rooms in sulphur inn and it was preety good and they provided breakfast, great service, and the staff was friendly aswell as the place was good

Warning..Warning..Warning..

The car on jacks with no rear wheels should have been my clue to RUN the other way!! But we were part of a group staying so we paid and went to our room. The STRONG smell of air freshener, dingy towels, brown stained toliet and tub and roaches crawling around on microwave was more than we could take. Another family and I asked for our money back and we went to a different motel. DO NOT stay here unless you like roaches and bedbugs! The only positive thing about this place is they refunded our money.

Older Hotel

Our stay at the Holiday Inn was ok. It was an older hotel that I thought could use some renovations. The other turn off was when I arrived to check in, it seemed that a staff meeting was occuring in the resturant not actually. The cleaning staff was all sitting in the resturant socializing.

average, good enough for 1-2 nites

Bed and room was clean. I had no real complaints except that the curtains covering the window did not give any privacy. They were one of those flimsy see-through curtains so anybody walking by your room could see right in.

Excellent service and clean rooms!

I visit Lake Charles often (to gamble of course :P) and I always stay at this Holiday Inn in Sulphur. It is only 5 minutes away from Lake Charles, and you can't beat the price. The staff is excellent and is always making sure that I have everything I need. The rooms are clean and smell nice, and are relatively new. They also offer high speed internet (which I don't use), but I think it's free. They're located right off the highway, so I can get to the casinos as fast as possible. The next best thing to staying at a casino hotel!
