THIS HOTEL HAS REALLY CHANGED FOR THE WORSE SINCE THE STORM. LOOKS OLD AND WORN OUT. SERVICE DOES NOT SEEM SINCERE AND IT HAS NOTHING TO OFFER.

Service is wonderful.

Just wanted to let you know how great Tyrone the bartender was. He was wonderful. He went above and beyond the call of service. Service from everyone else was also great. Just hate that the hotel will be closing as of July 31, 2006. Would love to have been able to come back again and again.

We were glad to see the same great service and people here. WE stayed here for years and figured after the hurricane things would have changed it did but for the better.WE will be back in two weeks. Thanks Mike Killingsworth

Love it!

Stayed there last week and have stayed there in the past when it was a part of the Harrah's casino. If you aren't a VIP at Lau'Berge or Isle of Capri this is the place to go and feel like one. The rooom are large, clean and very comfortable. The staff is exceedingly friendly and professional. The price is very reasonable. It is close to the action without the price.

Love this place!!!

Harrah's in Lake Charles is one of our favorite places to visit. The rooms are huge, clean and have comfortable beds with extra pillows. The restroom has a coffeemaker so we can have that first cup of coffee in the morning without having to get dressed and go downstairs. It has a touch of class with rates for everybody. You feel like royalty because that is the way they treat you!

Return stay guaranteed

We recently stayed at the Harrah's Hotel in Lake Charles, Louisiana for the first time. We were very impressed. Everyone we dealt with, i.e the young woman at the front desk,the random encounter with a housekeeping staff person, the shuttle drivers went above and beyond what we could reasonably expect. The service was excellent. The room was spacious, very comfortable and very clean. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. Will we stay there again? You betcha!
