Wyndham Avenue Plaza, New Orleans

my wife and daughter along with my mother and mother in law, stayed at this hotel. We all enjoyed out stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is also great. We walked to lafayette cemt. Which is about five blocks away and rode the streetcar into downtown everyday. I cant wait to go back to new orleans and when i do, i will stay here again.

One of the most beautiful areas of New Orleans with 200 year old oak trees lining the route of the street cars that are now back in full operation. The resort was completley remodeled after Katrina and it is gorgeous! The staff was very friendly, courteous and informative. Nice extras included a computer and snack room, living room next to the lobby, excellent workout facilities, valet parking and a heated outdoor pool. I would choose to stay here over anywhere in New Orleans for my future trips!

Fabulous location! Great restaurant. Service was wonderful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Short walk to wonderful shops. Trolly ride into town was simple. Scenery is excellent. Rooms were above average.

Spent a couple of B-days there LOVE it,had a wonderful time with the perfect view and I WILL BE BACK. The care the staff shows,awesome, it's clean, affordable, what more could a person ask for. I definately would stay here again & again.The food is superb The service of the Avenue Garden Plaza hotel has made myself and others want to return for Mardi Gras, Essence, The Bayou Classic and any other event if you ask me. It's very clean and attentative and in prestine condition, for my friends and myself the hotel personnel are #1 in our book .Please keep up the good work/service, Thanks.Again I WILL BE BACK!

We had a very nice studio with a nice kitchenette in room. Our room was right next to the elevator which we heard go up and down all night long and our plumbing jammed on one occasion. Other than that it was a nice experience. My only problem was that it was a little pricey.
