Hilton Suites Lexington Green, Lexington

the hotel was noisy. the clerk was very rude and not nice. the room was dark and hot and gross. there was no remote control for the tv. the breakfest was bad. the coffee cups were bad and dirty. the paper cups had a bug in it. i wouldn't stay here again.

This is by the far the worst experience I have ever had. It is a very poorly managed facility. The customer service is horrible. All they want is your money and they do nothing to try to accommodate you. The manager on duty, Whitney, was extremely rude and frightened my son to the verge of tears. Our children were being children, occasionally going from room to room to be with their friends, but there were always adults present with the children. There were other children at this establishment that were not with our group that were way more out of control and loud than our 6-year-olds, and these kids were at least 12 or 13 years old - definitely old enough to know better. Unless you want to feel like you are staying in a communist regime where you are not allowed to leave your room or talk in the hallway, then I WOULD NOT recommend this hotel. The management is the worst I have ever experienced. They booked 60+ rooms for our T-ball tournament, but never bothered to disclose this to people who also made reservations for that same weekend. If I were on vacation or staying here for an out of town wedding, etc., I would want to know if there was going to be a hotel full of 6 years old and their siblings, grandparents, parents, etc. We were not allowed to talk to the manager of the hotel, only the manager on duty who had no people skills at all and did not know the first thing about customer service.

This hotel reserved approx 60 rooms for tball teams playing in a tournament in Lexington. Everyone knows with over 30 children under 10 there will be more noise then usual, the hotel failed to advise other guests of this when they checked in for fear of losing money. There were children running during the daytime hours at times, but every child with our league was with an adult. There were other children there as well but we seemed to be targeted by the hotel manager WHitney. SHe was on us since we arrived on Friday. This hotel made thousands of dollars off us but treated us like trash including threatening to call the police and causing little kids to cry and get scared. On top of all this the rooms were hot and the trash left around the hallways was not picked up. Very embarressing to be a Hilton hotel and this crappy. We will not be back and wanted every mom thinking about taking her children these to think twice.

My two sisters and I stayed for the fourth of July weekend at this hotel in Lexington, KY primarily for the location to the shopping centers as well as the lounge and Bar Louie next door. The staff were great at check in, printing us directions everywhere we wanted to go and even suggesting a few places we hadn't heard of but enjoyed. The Hilton was right next door to a great restaraunt, Regatta Seafood, and was just across the street from a large mall, which made it perfect for our girls night. The rooms were spacious, with a bedroom area and a living area seperated by a door, and very clean. The only problem that we encountered during our stay were very loud, obnoxious children running the halls without any parents. We found the parents however, when we went to the beautiful outdoor pool to find loud, obnoxious parents drinking. Kudo's to the staff at the Hilton Suites for attempting to bring some order to the madness. My sister went to the desk to address the kids running the halls screaming and knocking on random doors and witnesses what she described as a mob of the parents accosting the girls at the desk for asking them to quiet down. We decided to go out for dinner and drinks instead of continuing to listen to the kids and their oblivious parents and came back to a much quieter hotel around 1:00 a.m. Overall, this is a beautiful, accomodating property in a GREAT location. I would deffinitely recommed this hotel to a friend and we will be back for Keeneland this fall. I will be bringing my family, and just so long as that particular bunch of parents and kids are there, I feel confident that we will enjoy this stay as much as my sisters and I did!

This hotel is not a friendly hotel, if you have a child DO NOT STAY at this hotel. The services here was terrible, the staff was NOT friendly. The rooms were horrible.The A/C was not working, we had to switch rooms during the middle of our stay so TRY and get a cooler room. This is suppose to be consider a suite, the refrigerator doesn't work. We asked to contact the General Manager and we was refused. If you are considering this hotel DO NOT STAY!!!!!!!!! THIS IS NOT A HILTON!!!!!!!! I would rather of stayed at a Super 8!!!!!!! Stayed 4th of July weekend!!!!!

Nice bedding, decor and more! Very, very clean. Would go back again, but the price is a little high. The adjacent mall was really nice. The front desk staff seemed a bit cold, but that's okay if you aren't the chatty type.

This hotel is wonderful. The staff is friendly as well at the hotel is clean and located close to the mall. I will always stay here when going to Lexington

While a little out of the way, it was just a few blocks from two malls and restaurants. Rooms very clean and front desk helpful. Managers complementary dinner was good value. Overall, a good value.
