Yes, they don't speak English very well, and the restaurant is really creepy. the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the high speed internet was the best I've ever encountered in a low price hotel. All in all, I just came to sleep and get back on the road, and this place fit the bill.

THE REVIEWS I SAW ONLINE MADE ME A LITTLE SCEPTABLE ABOUT THIS PLACE, BUT IN MY OPION THEY WERE NOT ACCURATE. MY SISTER CHOOSE THIS PLACE FOR THE AFTER PARTY TO HER GRAUATION FROM WKU. WE ARRIVE 3 HOUR PAST OUR RESERVED TIME BUT THEY ACCOMADATED US ANYWAYS. AFTER WE DRESSED AND SHOWERED WE HEADED TO THE BAR WHICH WAS THE MAIN REASON FOR COOSEN THIS PLACE. WE WANTED SOMEWHERE WE COULD PARTY AND NOT WORRY ABOUT HOW TO GET TO THE MOTEL AFTER OR PAY HIGH COST FOR CAB SERVICE. WE HAD A GREAT TIME, THEY HAVE A LIVE BAND, DANCE FLOOR AND GOOD SERVICE FROM THE BARMAID. THEY ARE RESONABLY PRICE WITH HALF OFF DRINKS DURING THE NIGHT. AND IF YOU SHOUD HAVE TROUBLE REMEBERING WHERE YOUR ROOM IS SECURITY WILL HELP YOU FIND IT WITHOUT ANY RUDE COMMENTS. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND THE STAFF WAS VERY POLITE. IN THE MORNING YOU CAN GO TO THE FRONT DESK AND SHOW PROFF YOU ARE STAYING IN THE MOTEL AND THEY GIVE YOU A VOUCHER FOR TH BREAKFAST BUFFET. SO WITH OUR DISCOUNT AND THE 7.49 EACH VOUCHER FOR BREAKFAT THE ROOM ENDED UP COSTING 44.50. NOT A BAD DEAL IF YOU ASK ME. WE WOULD LIKE TO THANK ALL STAFF FOR MAKING THIS A VERY ENJOABLE NIGHT FOR US. WE WILL BE RETURNING.

im telling you im not a complainer i relize this is just a motel and not a 5 star resort and that there is a bar right in hotel that is loud on weekends but we stayed here for one night during mustang nationals and i just couldnt stand it !!! it smelled like a moldy basement carpet was wet in spots sheets were dirty carpet in halls was ripping from floor pool was closed rooms were mixed up upon check in never fixed and NO ONE SPEEKS CLEAR ENGLISH AND THE WHOLE STAFF ARE RUDE CREEPY PEOPLE THAT OVER CHARDED ARE CREDIT CARD AND WE ARE STILL TRYING TO HAVE THIS PROBLEM RESOLVED DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY IF THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE THAT HAS ROOMS OPEN WELL THATS WHY CAUSE NO ONE WILL STAY THERE JUST SLEEP IN YOUR CAR AND DONT EAT AT BAR/RESTURANT I GOT FOOD POISEING FROM BREAKFAST!!!!

Cleanliness was not a problem in our room. Very nice. But we had to call security several times during the night due to partying in the rooms next to ours. Security did come each time but nothing was done to the other people. Furthermore, we could not sleep there at all. When we complained at checkout, the lady at the front desk was very rude. We will never stay there again.

It was awful. Our rooms where nasty and they smelled. When I complained they did nothing to help. You could barely understand the fron desk people. The restaurant was horrible. DON'T STAY HERE!!!!!

The front desk acted like I was stupid. Then we ate at their restaurant where our food was HORRIBLE and they wouldn't do anything about it. Wouldnt even apologize they just told us it was too bad and that we were wrong. Then we stayed for the band to play and I would order from the bartender who yelled at me and when I ordered the total was 8.00 and I gave him a 20 and he seemed really busy. Well after 5 minutes of standing there I asked where my change was he told me he had already given it to me and I was to leave now or he would have me kicked out! I had never been treated like that in my life!!! Needless to say the room was dirty and I saw a few roaches. I will NEVER stay here again!!!!

This hotel was the worst place I have ever stayed in. It was fithly run down and had such a stinch It made you feel sick.It was late when we arrived for our reservation so we could not cancel and get a refund.

It's a pity that I cannot give a zero to illustrate our dealings with this excuse for a hotel. Our first problem was on arrival. We were given our room which, upon entry had no lighting working and the curtain was hanging down off its rail. We were made to wait in the lobby for 45 minutes while this was fixed. We re-entered our room only to find that the door did not lock! The young lady on the desk showed no apparent interest in our plight before reluctantly giving us a second room. This room was a non-smoking room yet two feet to the right of our door was an ashtray which stunk out the area around it. We decided to try and put up with this though. In the evening we had a great meal at Toots in town and wanted to visit the club that is in the hotel. After three tours of the hotel car park we ended up parking so far away from our room that we must have been in another zipcode! This is due to all the clientele visiting the club having first access to parking spaces, leaving the paying guests out on a limb, which would be even more frustrating in bad weather. When I complained to the front desk about this, Sunni Patel did not have a sunny disposition and proceeded to argue with me to the point that he almost offered me outside! I asked for a refund from the hotel manager, which he gave us. We packed our bags and moved down to stay at Days Inn in Franklin, Kentucky. The best move we could have made. Avoid this hotel at all costs. Staff leave a lot to be desired. Even the security guard apologised to me for their behaviour. DAVE

Service was terrible. No bulbs in some of lamps rooms filthy. Even had door knob fall off and no one knew how to fix it. Finally located screw driver and fixed myself. Should pay people to stay in this dump
