Hyatt Regency Louisville, Louisville

I was very disappointed as I did not feel this hotel lived up to it's reputation. Stayed 2 nights. Room was not cleaned or bed made during stay. Walls were paper thin with adjoining rooms on both sides. Heard every move neighbors made, Awakened by loud noise at 3 AM. Room, view location staff and food were great. Parking $13.00 per day extra. Better hotel values for the money!

the only two complaints were the tv was old. and the bathtub was cracked. i would stay here again. the hotel was great. the room was great. the food was great. the service was great. the pool was great. i would stay here again.

I stayed for two nights and the room was very nice and clean. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The cafe and room service was good but a bit over priced. Upon checking out I was charged a corporate rate instead of my reservation rate and was not the only one to have this happen too.They did change it,so keep your reservation papers with you.

After listening to our drunk neighbors screaming obscenities, we were asked to move. We got into our new room at 3:30 AM. It seems these people find it strange that anyone intends to sleep in a hotel. If you are here for a party and intend to be up all night, stay here! Otherwise, stay away!

It was a nice stay, everyone was very friendly and our rooms were great. We also got a great price for our rooms on Priceline, I would definitely recommend this. It is conviently located right next to 4th St. Live as well.

The Hyatt was a little pricey but we used our AAA. The bed was the BEST we had ever slept in!!! The location and view were AWESOME! We stayed during a cheerleading competition (we were there for a BB King concert)and just new we'd hear screaming kids all night!! We did not! The stay was wonderful and the view was one of the best 17th floor overlooking the OHIO. CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK!! The pool was always full so we only got to view it! Oh, I do remember, the elevators were horrible. There were so many people they had to open the service elevators. It took forever to get up or down because of all the kids pushing buttons. My suggestion, have a bell hop on the elevator to keep kids at bay when there are so many around! THE REST OF THE STAY WAS WONDERFUL!!

WE loved this place . everyone and everything was perfect. they went out of their way to make our stay the best that they could. and I MUST say they succeeded...had a great time in your city would certainly come back again and looking forward to staying in the HYATT...AAAA++++++++++++ thank you Mrs. Bobby Collins Blairsville, Georgia

The Hyatt Louisville is only a block away from Fourth Street Live, with plenty of shopping and dining opportunities. The river is a few blocks the other direction, and the area is safe to walk around in day or night. The room was clean and attractive, though a bit small. The staff was polite and helpful, and the gift shop carried all the items you're most likely to forget to bring. The breakfast was very good, although a bit expensive. Given the perfect location, though, I would definiately stay at the Hyatt Louisville again.

So pretty and it was close to many resturaunts and stores. The gift shop inside it had everything you could ever need and everyone that worked there was so nice! I would definetly go again!

Overall I would recommend the Hyatt to all of my friends. The hotel guestrooms have recently been renovated and it shows. The beds are wonderful! I travel a lot and it is wonderful to come in after a long day at the office and be greeted by name from the front desk agents.
