Do yourself a favor and keep driving.

First, the Assistant GM herself managed to screw up our reservations TWICE! When we arrived, we discovered that our room was STILL deleted from the system. We ordered a crib for the room after seeing the sign that said "free crib upon request". The front desk girl tried to charge us for it. After five minutes of arguing, I had to physically show her the sign next to her head that specifically said it was FREE! Even then, it came with an eye roll. We finally got our keys, but it took 15 minutes to get in because the keys only work part of the time. Numerous other tenants had the same problem. Once inside the room, someone's dirty socks fell out of our sheets when pulled back, so they had NOT been cleaned. The "heated" pool was ice cold. Our kids didn't want to stay in too long because of the temperature. The "hot tub" was anything but. Most of the time, there were no clean towels at the pool, but they made sure you didn't bring any from your room.
That night when we "tried" to go to sleep, there were numerous screaming kids running around the central common area where our room was. We asked a woman if her kids could keep it down, only to be told "these aren't MY kids". It took THREE calls to the front desk over TWO HOURS for them to do anything about it! Even then, they sent MAINTENENCE to deal with it. Personally, I thought this would be an issue for management. After the problem was finally "dealt" with, the now disgruntled parents who were forced to tolerate their own screaming kids decided to start purposely slamming doors all night. Unfortunately, the front desk didn't want to be troubled with these kind of things. Needless to say, I'll never go back to this hotel.
