This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at

This hotel is so old and gross. I have nothing good to say about the Ramada Inn, Coralville, Iowa. The outside looks like a jail and they have plastic flowers in their garden. We went in through a back door and it said on the door USE HOUSE KEY TO GET IN and you didn't even need a key to get in. The door was wide open. Then we get to our rooms and the beds were as hard as a rock. When you sat on the toilet it moved. And the shower was all gross. I didn't even want to take a shower the next morning. The next morning we wake up and they say that they have a free breakfast. So my family and I go down and we sit down at the restaurant and wait 15 minutes before we were even waited on. And we order our eggs and bacon and toast. It takes about 10 minutes to get our food. Once we get the food it is as cold as ice. We ordered a glass of orange juice and they said they were all out of it. So we order a glass of apple juice and once we get it there are crusty things floating in it. And the glass was probably about 4 oz. So finally we decided to leave. The only reason we stayed there was because of the mall 2 miles away from it. Next time I would rather drive an hour to get to the mall then stay at that hotel again. It was just an horrible experience. Whatever you do do not stay there. There is a Country Inn and Suites right next door, that they just built. Believe me it is worth paying a few extra dollars then staying at the Ramada Inn. And I'm sure all Ramada Inn's are that bad. Trust me and don't stay there.
