Nice management. Safe place to stay and park your car. Never had any issues with room, maintenance or management.

This hotel was very convenient being located in what they call Cedar-Loo. It is right in the middle of both Cedar Falls and Waterloo with...more
Dont beleive the $399/month sign outside.

Stayed 6 months. Lower cost than others in the area. Room service very inconstant, depends which person cleans the room. Showers cool.
