Zach was great to work with when making reservations, but the two women at the front desk were unfriendly to the point of being rude. Little League teams (soccer and baseball) ran unsupervised throughout the hotel. Rooms had been remodeled, but there were paint drops in the bathroom that had not been cleaned up. No elevators so you had to haul your bags up the steps. No refrigerator or microwave in the rooms, although there were places for them. Air conditioner was incredibly noisy and ran all night. We'll do better for our money next time at another place.

we stayed when our kids had a bowling tournament since was right around the corner. took almost an hour to check in because they ahd givenn some rooms away that people had reserved. wanted to pay cash had to give them a credit card paid cash the next morning still was charged to my credit card been working over a week to get it fixed no results we got up at 7 am to get ready to go to the alleys and there was not one drop of hot water never will stay at a heartland inn again

We were upgraded to a corner room. The decor was 1980's with torn wall paper borders and burgandy carpet. The comforter had cigarette burn holes and the odor of the room was disgusting. The bed was uncomfortable and we sunk to the middle of the bed. We will never go back despite the good price and location.

The website grossly misrepresents this hotel. It was dark and dirty. If we hadn't arrived late in the evening, we would have fled to find another hotel.

We were looking forward to staying at the Heartland. It listed many amenities, but were disappointed to find only a few. The "oversized room" was found to be small with no iron or ironing board, no refrigerator or microwave, a very noisy air conditioner, and much updating was needed. Breakfast was good, but we were very disappointed at the quality of the hotel and thought it was overpriced. The bed was comfortable, but there was little space to hang clothes. We checked out early, and recommend they lower their prices to fit the accommodations.
