Restaurant and service need improvment

Upon hearing of all the hype about the Blackhawk renovation and reviews, we decided to book mothers day brunch there. What a mistake. The whole experience was a disapointment. First the process of checking in and paying before being seated was a cluster to say the least. No one seem to know what was going on or cared. Upon being seated, we were informed that it was party seating. Hence our group was seated with another group, no privacy and definitely a surprise. The food, terrible would be a kind description. Most of it was cold and tasted terrible and to access the buffet was a bottleneck and not condusive for large attendance. Lastly the service was horrible. The best service we experienced was the valet parking attendant, who was the only person that recieved a tip from our group that day. Bottom line, Over priced and over rated. Will not return.
