Hotel Under New Managemet
By ,
this hotel is a dump, but i was informed that they are under new management and some of there staff is rude but they do have the ones who are SUPER. Give them a chance they will be constructing the hotel one room at a time. BE patient.

HORRIBLE HOTEL
By ,
WORST HOTEL STAY I HAVE EVER HAD. City was sold out due to a convention and I was forced to book. I agree with the other poster stating that the website portrayed the hotel in a certain way. THIS PLACE IS A DUMP..LOBBY DIRTY. The staff is rude. Room is filthy, carpet is stained and disgusting and the bathrooms take filth, and shower scum to a new level. ONLY STAY HERE if your doing a documentry on slum hotel owners ( this is indepenently owed..BIG SUPRISE) PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE. This place does not value your business and is a complete and total ripoff.

sleep in you car and save hassle and money!
By ,
it seemed nice at check in,i had a good deal checking in when the front desk decided to give me lower rate so i wont walk out,was very happy with that.Checked into the room, was really bad, smelled terrible, pubic hair on bathroom seat with yellow spots on the side.I decided to leave the hotel and took my luggage to the desk to check out and leave, the frontdesk guy"Manager?" offered me a different room, free breakfast and a free drink so i decided to stay.room was a bit better. next day is really what bothered me,i seen the rudest housekeeping ever, they started knocking on my door at 11 asking me to leave so i asked them for sometimes to take a shower and pack my luggage,at 11.30 the housekeeping supervisor knocking on my door screaming at me to leave or she will charge me because she needed to wash the towels and sheets"like its my problem" and she stayed at the door till i left"felt like being kicked out". I originally came to this hotel to buy 10 rooms for my baseball team for december, went outside one of the doors to smoke a cig before i go to the office and talk to a sales person regarding the rooms, there was this woman smoking outside that hurted my ear from the profanity language she was using in her conversation talking to someone, then all of the sudden a man came in and the tone got x rated and they looked like they needed a room! i thought oh well its non of my business.i went to the restaurant attached to the hotel and had launch"by the way food and service there was EXCELLENT" then i went ot the office to talk to the sales person about the rooms only to find out its the same woman the was out side!!! needless to say i changed my mind. My advice , if you dont mind all that then you can stay otherwise you really need to stay somewhere else.

Not Ideal for Families or Romantic Couples
By ,
Sidewalks and parking lot broken/cracked and in need of repair, dirty parking lot, wing access door permanently opened despite the sign requesting to keep it closed, carpet wet due to excess A/C, coffee pot not clean, shortage of towels, and mumbling inarticulate inaudible receptionist. The only redeeming value was that when I called the front desk to report a shortage of towels they delivered it with in a few minutes. And, I had no problems accessing their WiFi network. So, this may be of some value to a low budget businessman. But, families and romantic couples should avoid this place.

Filthy hotel, avoid staying in it, We had very bad experience with this hotel.Room smelled very bad and had mold, they switched us to another room, still smelled bad.Head of House keeping must be the most rude person I've known in my life ,yet shes still in hospitality business!Came to the front desk after this bad experience to leave but the front desk guy was so nice and professional that i stayed for him, that was the only good thing in that hotel. bottom line, if you dont have to, do not stay in this hotel.

Stay Away!
By ,
The hotel had men hanging out in the parking lot 24 hours. It was in a dirty neighborhood with strip bars everywhere. The staff was not helpful or friendly. In the few days I was there problems stemmed from cockroaches, fleas, no working ice- machine, cocaine dealer, leaks throughout, cloudy pool, etc...STAY AWAY!!!!!

Stay somewhere else!
By ,
Pros: I liked the location alot - very convenient. Cons: No hot water for two days and they only gave a 20% discount. The front desk staff was not helpful. We held an event there and the food was horrible. The event set up was not done properly either day and we had a huge leak in the room that they didn't even try to clean up or correct. Bennigan's & the location are the only good things this hotel has going for it.

We'll never go back
By ,
To begin, they make the claim that Internet is available in every room. And yet I spent almost 5 hours wandering the hotel trying to find a signal and ended up in the hallway doing my work. Moreover, in talking with tech support and the front desk, I was not once offered the use of the computer in the business center. My husband happened to stumble upon that at the end of our first evening when I was too tired to think straight. Sure would have been nice if the concierge could have done us this courtesy! Secondly, my husband was walking on a cane at the time and we were still checked into a second floor room in a hotel with no elevator. Needless to say, it was a bit of a hardship when we had to change rooms multiple times. When we called the front desk for extra pillows to elevate his leg, I had to go to the front desk, obtain a key for another room, and then go get them myself on the other side of the hotel. Moreover, when we were finally ready to crawl into bed, I turned back the sheet and found a suspicious looking brown stain. At this point I had worked a graveyard shift the night before, traveled all day, and spent hours running around the hotel trying to get situated and I burst into tears. My husband hobbled downstairs with the dirty sheet and was then informed that he would have to use a key and let himself into yet another room on the other side of the hotel so he could steal the sheets off of that bed. Remember, he was recovering from an injury and walking with a cane so this was a serious hardship for him. The one redeeming factor was that the employee on duty the next morning was kind enough to apologize and give us one night free. However, all in all, it was a horrible experience that caused undue stress to a couple of travelers who were seeking a relaxing and hard won vacation.
