Its an ok place to stay
By Renita, 06/04/08
I agree the desk people were a little strange and odd, the room I had was near front desk and noisy all night. They had the new energy saving light bulbs in the lights I couldnt read they were so dim and the bathroom was so dark you just had to guess you were clean and forget fixing the hair in there it was waaaay to dark, I had to turn on every light in the room just to be able to half way see. when I stay in a motel im nosey as to the cleanliness so I crawl on floors to look and behind furniture I found candy behind a dresser and stuff under the bed huge amout of dust and dirt in a vent in the bathroom. Worst of all and the scarey part was all the extension cords with alot of things plugged in looked like a fire ready to happen. the breakfast bar was nothing really coffee bagels toast a smidge of cold cereal and juice. The pool was supposed to be open but it wasnt and they said they didnt know when it would be repaired. I have been in worse motels before, so I would stay again

Not too shabby
By o0oandreao0o, 04/08/06
I spent the weekend there, and it was pretty decent. The rooms were clean, the employees were cordial (I think the front desk guy was high though). The only gripe I had was their continental breakfast. All they had was Breads. Toast, bagels, biscuits, doughnuts. No fruit, other than fruit juice. They had sausage gravy for their biscuits, but it was cold, like they just took it out of the fridge and threw it in the crock pot. Oh well, there was a Bob Evan's nearby.I would probably stay there again.

Find another hotel
By Jon, 12/18/05
The hotel staff was indifferent. The front desk staff was even worse. They seemed to be put off with any questions you had and if you asked about Columbus, they were uninformed and made you feel they were doing you a favor in answering any question you had. Unfriendly and uncooerative is best used to describe this Hotel. Columbus the city was a great place to visit and next time I come, I will find a better Hotel.
