When our tour group arrived at 6:30 p.m., well after check-in time, our keys were not ready. Despite this, the hotel clerk rudely asked us to clear his lobby. So we went to dinner and saw some sights, returning at 12 midnight, when, with much difficulty, we finally received our keys. One of our group went to her room, opened the door, and walked in on two people sleeping. When I tried to gain access to my room, my key did not work, and the desk confirmed that there were already other people in my room. They issued me another room, but my son wanted me to stay in his room fearing that some stranger might walk in on him. I stayed with him the second night also, and on the third night I decided to reoccupy the second room. UNBELIEVABLY THEY DID IT AGAIN!! They had re-rented my room out to another person, and I believe we frightened that person in our attempts to get into the room. I had prepaid for my room for three nights, and I never used it. They never even offered to refund my money. I've traveled around the world for over 20 years and have never had this happen once, let alone twice in a three-night stay. They also don't provide shampoo in the room. You have to purchase it at the desk, and they never restocked my son's room with soap
