Great place to stay

Came to chicago for an event. My room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The dinner and breakfast buffet's are good and the employee's were friendly. This location is close to food, shopping, and entertainment for all ages. I recommend this hotel to anyone who just needs a place to stay while in town.

shuttle sevice mediocre at best...

-Hotel was clean. No wireless, but free internet (you have to borrow an ethernet cord from the lobby). -Staff was friendly, informative -Value was good ($99.00 with CAA/AAA discount) -The location was alright; I guess you can't be too close to the city without charging an arm and a leg, so I understand the distance. Now the bad part: -The shuttle service was pretty flaky. Most of the time, it was alright (the shuttle bus driver even informed me about the CTA transit pass for tourists). But once, they left me waiting at the train station for a whole hour, even though I called them a few stops before I reached the station (it is only a 15 minute drive). This would have been more acceptable if the receptionist told me about the delay beforehand, but instead, she said they would send somebody "right away". I had to call her three times.

Nice Stay.

We came here for business purposes. And we had an extended stay. All the staff are very nice and helpful. The beds are great, the rooms are nice size. And the service, in all areas, is great. I would absolutly return for another visit to this hotel. Just minutes away from everything Chicago has to offer.
