Located on the expressway and near the Metra railway system, downtown is easily accessible. The hotel is located approximately 45 minutes from O'Hare International Airport. Each of the hotel's guest rooms includes an alarm clock/cd player/radio, Sony Playstation, voicemail, cable TV with in-room movies, coffee maker, direct high-speed internet access, ergonomic work chair, iron and ironing board, pillowtop mattresses, shower massager, weekday newspaper delivery. Very nice for the money

Overall, I am very impressed with the Wyndham Lisle. The few staff members I interacted with were very helpful and friendly. This hotel got a major renovation a few years ago, so the interior is much nicer than the exterior, which is sort of drab, office-park looking. Rooms were clean and decently sized, and I like the PURE rooms that they have available for people with allergies. The food we got from the restaurant was decent, but not thrilling. The lounge is a really nice place to relax.

I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!

This place is not worth the money, I left my sons photo in my room and the next day I call to see if it was sent to the lost and found and I have yet to receive a phone call back

You won't be disappointed!

My daughter was married in June, 2009, with the reception at the Arrowhead Golf Club in Wheaton, IL (approximately 2 miles away). The wedding was sort of a destination wedding since approximately 85% of the 200+ guests were from out of town - actually, 17 different states! The Wyndham provided an excellent rate for the guests (family & friends) chosing to stay here - actually, 80+ room nights. I solicited and received very positive comments from my wedding guests (and, no negative feedback!) . The Wyndham was in the process of upgrading their computer system over this particular weekend and had a few glitches with reservations (to be expected, of course). However, the incidental issues that a couple of my wedding guests encountered were resolved immediately and professionally, exceeding their expectations! The shuttle service (complimentary) that I arranged (for interested wedding guests) to and from the wedding reception was also tremendous. Give the Wyndham Lisle-Naperville a chance - I guarantee you will not be disappointed! A daughter's wedding is a very special occasion - the Wyndham did not disappoint my guests or myself - I'll be back!

Never again

I travel approx. two weeks a month for business and this has to be the most disorganized and unpleasant staff I have ever encountered. Check-in was a joke. I am a very patient man, however, when I have to wait 15 minutes to check-in, then the staff is outright rude to my face, I take offense. The rooms were not as clean as they should be and there were also a couple dozen small dead bugs near and around the window. Uncomfortable hotel beds are something that I got used to, but I could not get comfortable on these beds all night. All in all, staying at the Wyndham Lisle was a huge mistake especially since I was not able to find anyone friendly on their staff or any benefits at all in staying there. Next time I would definitely stay at the Hyatt or Hilton.

Best Possible

The service was absolutely outstanding. Each person I came into contact with that was staff was MORE than glad to meet every request. The hotel shuttle will take you to a plethera of nearby attractions, and the ByRequest club is the way to go.

Never going back!

My family, friends and I went for our sister's wedding. We had an average of 10 to 12 rooms. 1. My aunts,who came from Puerto Rico got their money and social security cards stolen. Security and hotel staff was rude and we had to urge them to call the police. They implied we were not careful and told us that the key card did not report any unusual activity. At checkout they did not give any additional information and did nothing to make us feel better about the whole experience. In addition they were ignorant and did not know Puerto Ricans are born U.S. citizens and asked if our social security was from Puerto Rico. 2. The hotel shuttle that was supposed to take the wedding guests to and from the wedding location (which was 2 minutes away)left the guests on the road instead of taking them up to the entrance of the wedding facility. 3. After confirming her reservation one the guests was told that there were no rooms available. All in all it was an awful experience and we felt disrespected and mistreated.
