Nice But Overpriced.

I stayed at this Doubletree on my first trip to Chicago. I enjoyed my stay but this hotel is extremely overpriced. I paid $135 per night for a king bedroom. The room did not have a microwave or a fridge. The bedding was wonderful. and I loved the brand of toiletries they provided. The restaurant was wonderful. I had almost every meal there. I loved the fact that they had room service. But still overall they were overpriced. My suggestion is stay at the Hampton Inn in Crestwood. The rooms are just as nice for a better price.

Great Rooms at Affordable Prices

I stayed at the Doubletree Alsip for Business. I checked in on Sunday and checked out on Thursday. The entire staff was more than accomodating. From check in to dinner in the restaurant to drinks in the bar, everyone was very friendly. The rooms look like they have just been renovated, I stayed there last year, now they have LCD TV's and new furniture. The updated look of the guest rooms made me feel as if I was in a major city. Thanks again!

I had my wedding reception here and it was soooooo.....words cannot explain. They went out of their way and the room was awesome.....after the reception we went to the bar and a couple free drinks from the bar it was a night i will remember.....all of the guest thought the place was awesome.

Overpriced...

The hotel was alright but I just expected more. There was no frig or microwave in the room. There was a cost of $10 for internet access and the breakfast wasn't free. The bed was really comfortable but there was little space to move around in the room. I paid $120 per night for a King room and didn't feel like it was worth it. If you're gonna stay in Crestwood the Hampton is probably a better choice.

A Great Stay!

We chose the hotel for the feature of parking our car while we were flying out of town. Our room was clean and neat. The bathroom was roomy. We had a good nights sleep. The staff who drove us to the airport and later picked us up was professional, friendly and punctual. The treat was the chocolate chip cookies! We would stay at this hotel again.

The best bedding

My husband and I travel frequently and often we find hard beds and pillows that are very uncomfortable. This hotel has excellent beds, comforters and pillows. We slept wonderful. Also the bathroom was new and fancy. We really enjoyed our stay and definetely will go back to a Double Tree hotel.

The entire hotel has a quiet atmosphere, extremely clean and newly decorated. The bar,food and service was great. The hotel rooms were great.

A good experience

The Doubletree Hotel Alsip in Alsip, IL appeared to be a good experience, above average. I liked the variety of room service including breakfast service, which can be ordered by putting the order form outside the room door. Many services can be ordered using the TV set. There is a convenient restaurant and bar located on the 1st floor. However the fast speed interned is $9.95/day. Many hotels have this service free of charge, as well as a free continental breakfast, which was not available at this hotel.

Nice place

This is an older hotel that recently changed from Raddison to Doubletree after a HUGE remodeling. I really like this place, it's quiet and has a great restaurant and bar. Good selection of meeting rooms, attentive staff. Will definitely stay again!
