Stayed in oceanfront #2104 for 7 short days, everything was perfect. This complex has tennis, golf, a restaurant/bar on site, is close to downtown kona, lush tropical grounds, and great ocean views. Definitely worth checking out for the price!

What a beautiful time we had!!!

We stayed for a week from June 5th-12th in condo #2906 and would go back in a minute. Our 2 bedroom unit was beautifully decorated and more than we hoped for. The loft had 2 twin beds & on the main floor the master bedroom had a king size bed. The ocean view was breathtaking from the time we 1st walked in to the time we left and so peaceful. The people were friendly from the lobby staff to the gatekeeper. We felt quite safe at all times. The only complaints would be 2 minor ones. 1st...off-white carpet. We took off our shoes at the door(which was not a problem at all) but the floor still managed to get dirty and already had stains from previous tennants. 2nd...We didn't have use of the parking space for our unit because the owner's car is parked there year round. At times we had to park farther away then we would have liked. But these complaints did not deter us from having a great time.

Very nice condo to stay for longer term

Got a very good package deal from United online, the condo 2bd/2bd + loft is about $150/night in early December. The condo is very quite, very good size that can fit 4-6 people and has a beautiful view. You do need a car to go anywhere since this island doesn't has much public transportation. Location isn't bad (west of the island), 10-15 minutes to restaurants, great snorkelling places, kona coffee, costco. I gave a 3 star on the cleanliness since it only provide room service every 2 days and we saw some small insects around. Other than that, the place is great for family, and longer term vacation. Wouldn't recommend seeing Luau in Big Island since its small, less drinks selection and cost just as much as the other island. Volcano is a must do. Great snorkelling places and we see lots of turtle in the west coast and south.
