The downstairs condos with 3 bedrooms and a 30' lanai with direct ocean views are GREAT. The upstairs 2 bedroom units have 15' lanais that are open to the sun. Small 20' round pool that is more of a kiddy pool than one for adults. Plenty of lounge chairs available. The beach is not for swimming but is nice for short strolls and fishing. Beautiful grounds meticulously maintained. The unit ratings of Standard, Luxury and Deluxe are fair and the website photos accurate. West facing can get HOT as only unit #6 has central a/c and the others rely on the trade winds for cooling. The upstairs units are warmer and the loft bedroom can be very warm in summer months. Napili Beach is maybe 5 minutes by car and Kaanapali about 10 minutes. Great on-site management who really want guests to enjoy themselves. Perfect for older travelers, families with small children who don't need full resort amenities. Not good for folks looking for a great pool, a swimming beach, bar scene, sports facilities or entertainment.
