Yuck!!!!!
I am a Choice Privileges member so I used 16000 points to stay here recently. I made a reservation a few days before I arrived for a smoking room, 2 queen beds. The hotel has multiple buildings, the one we stayed in is for smokers. I arrived around 5:30pm with my family. When I went to Room 623, the maid was still cleaning it and she said water was dripping from the ceiling. I went back to the front desk for another room. I went to Room 622, across the hall from the first room, and the smell was horrible, it smelled like mold. I checked on another room, Room 601, in the same building, and it smelled terrible and there were large dark stains on the carpet. I was too tired to look for another room or another hotel so we stayed in Room 622. The mattresses on the two beds were the worst I have slept in for some time and the bathroom was not supplied with either a hair dryer or Kleenex, and like I said, the smell was horrible. Oh, and the toilet swiveled! I could push it with my foot clockwise or counterclockwise and some water was leaking at the base. When I tried to check out at the front desk the next morning, they asked what room I was in and I said 622, they said no, nobody was in that room. I gave them my last name and they said the computer said I was in Room 604! Of course, they couldn't explain why. I called Choice Privileges and complained about my stay when I returned home. They referred my complaint to the hotel and, to their credit, they restored my 16000 points the next day. Oh, the Deluxe Continental breakfast is not all that deluxe, I guess they call it Deluxe because they have waffles and boiled eggs.
