Quality Inn, Columbus

The staff were very friendly and the continental breakfast was the best of all the hotels on our trip, but the room was a disappointment. The room was very small. The beds were very hard. Every morning we were stiff from them, there were no queens, just kings or doubles, which caused a problem because we were traveling with our teenager so she got one double and my husband and I were stuck in the other. Doubles are a little small when you are used to an expanded queen. The bathroom was tiny and there was no fan or window. We had to ask for clean towels each day or I don't think we would have gotten any. The carpet was pretty dirty. I wouldn't walk barefoot on it. The price was very reasonable but I think I would have rather paid a little more and been more comfortable. We were booked by a middle-man and I don't think I would use their service again. I can do better on my own.

Our hotel of choice used to be days inn till i heard of the bad reviews it got. I then checked on further hotels to stay at. I made reservations at this hotel. Im glad i did, this hotel was very nice. The service was outstanding and the breakfast wonderful. The cleanliness of the room was beyond what I expected. I have a 3 y.o. boy and I have to be careful of my choices. The pool was even clean. We will deffinately be coming back to this hotel, because Columbus is a HUB in our travels to and from Mississippi to Savannah. overall the hotel was wonderful. The best Ive stayed at in a while.
