Not great
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/13/10
Lousy bathroom, no fan and very dated. Old style television with fair picture. Bedding and pillows very uncomfortable. Not worth the cost, would not stay here again. Rate this hotels rooms a 2 out of 5.

How I feel about the Hotel.
By Billy, 12/22/09
i liked every thing about the hotel because of the hospitality yall showed. i like the fact that the hotel reach out to almost any activity someone wants to have at the hotel. Also the mens that helped me with my bags was very nice n the roomservice was humble n was also very diligent. But what i didnt like about the hotel was that it is so easy to fall or drop things off the top floor. i think they should make that more secure so it won't freak alot of peolple out when they try to look down. I know for me and the family i came with was freaked out how they made that and was not letting the young kids get near the edge

Not Atlanta's Best
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/13/09
I have been to Atlanta several times this summer and stayed at the Hyatt this time due to a conference. I was there for 6 days and obviously had the opportunity to have a full experiance. After the first night my back was killing me! The bed was horriable and the linens were those that I would expect to see in a cheap hotel. I stayed iin the International Tower and there has been an obvious upgrade of decor but this really doesn't matter when the room isn't clean. I don't really get bent over the small things but when there is hair in your bed

ENJOYED MY CONFERENCE STAY
By Spartan, 06/15/09
Just returned from a conference there and the staff was friendly and helpful and welcoming. My atrium room was updated, clean and very comfortable. Tub was slippery for showering so I just put down a hand towel. Food was good in the Kafe and the 24/7 food court was handy. Bar was nice but the wine was pricey. Did not eat in the steakhouse. Loved the ability to print out boarding passes at the concierge desk - great service option. Multiple conference levels and we used most of them and there were maps everywhere to help use get around. Disabled attendees got around easily. Bellman suggested a cab share to the airport for the same $$ as the shutttle without climbing around people and being packed into a van. I don't recommend the Marta with a block's hike from the substation with luggage, but the $4 roundtrip was cheap. I just didn't wish to do the airport return trip that way. This was a great conference hotel.

Stay SOMEWHERE ELSE
By Joshua, 03/24/09
The service was acceptable. The coffee maker in the room was tiny (one cup at a time and didn't even brew properly). The beds were HELLACIOUSLY UNCOMFORTABLE!!!! I felt like I Was sleeping on a damn ironing board. The conceirge was the only nice part of the stay. The view was bad also. Stay somewhere else, unless you want to have serious back problems. Out of traveling for over 15 years on business, I will say that the beds were by far THE WORST I've ever slept on.

Definitely Not A Five Star Hotel
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/23/08
This Hotel was one of the worst Hotels that I have ever stayed at. I would not recommend it. The carpets were dirty, The rooms were musty, and the bed linens were dirty. To cap it all off, you have to pay $24/day to park. We are going to ask for our money back and go to the Embassy Suites.

Atlanta worst Hotel
By john, 08/12/08
Hyatt of atlanta and its officers, Thank you for looking into the matters we suffered with at your hotel. I also wish too inform you of another matter that wasnt brought too our attention until we were at the desk checking out. Your front desk clerk offered my wife and myself a coupon for breakfast and that we should have been given that one and others too apone arrival. Is there anything else i should have known about. I still cannot believe the conduct of your entire company. No notice Anywhere of construction ! ( webpage or lobby ) nor the fact that the saucer on top has been inactive for a VERY long time ( We where also told this before departing this morning. ) We are home and will be returning too atlanta in a couple of weeks too spend a few days with our sons this time. Gas being what it is and traffic its just cheaper too stay in atlanta and visit six flags, whitewater, high museum and the aquarium. We purchased season passes this year for everyone. We have stayed once so far and it was a headache. ( This Stay ) We drove once too. Just too tiring. So staying in atlanta was our choice. Now we just dont know, Maybe we can be more comfortable in Chattanooga next year. They have a waterpark opening soon and an aquarium already. John and Bonnie Marable

Not a 4 Star
By acworthcritic, 07/31/08
The room was dirty. Trash on floors, dirty sheets, hair in sink, not dusted and crumbs in reading chair. I was moved to a new room. Problem with rooms in the Radius Tower is that the noise of the loading dock keeps you up. I am now being moved again. Rooms are outdated. Carpet is stained and walls need painting. I did like that the front desk has tried to make things right. They can't help that the cleaning staff doesn't do a good job. The Hyatt is in a good location. It's close to Coke, Aquarium, Philips and great restaurants. Also, you can take the Marta Train which is located in Peachtree Plaza which contects to the hotel.

Bad Service and Location
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/10/08
This hotel is downtown, but the one way roads and back roads make it almost impossible for people who are unfamilar with the area to navigate. The staff of the "4 star" hotel is very unhelpful. I expect premire service for 4 stars. They didn't have parking on sight and I had to pay $15.00 to park my car. Which I had to find the parking garage...which was horrible and I am just grateful my car was still there the next day...I had doubts. I wanted to get on the internet....again another $10.00! WTH? I have stayed at 2 star hotels that had free internet. If you like to throw money away....more than you planned on paying stay here! For the price I was expecting very nice pillow top mattresses and soft sheets. Not springy mattresses with 100 ct cotton sheets. This is not a 4 star hotel don't be fooled by the price!
