Great Value w/ full kitchen
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/27/11
The staff was very kind and helpful. If anything they worried too much about if I was ok with everything. They were always quick with a smile and a wave anytime they saw me. The room was a little dated as far as furniture, but it's not a Hyatt so what are you expecting? The appliances were all well kept and the TV was a new flat screen. If you want to save money on a long stay by making your own food I recommend this place. Plus if you're needing to go to Ft. Gordon it's minutes from the gate.

disgusting
By Ramona, 3/13/11
do not stay at this Hotel it is really bad we just moved in here a few Hours ago and regret it already we wanted to leave right after we got here but they told us we can't get our money back the staff is very rude and watch you the whole time, the rooms are very nasty and none of the promised amenities are here, the Aplience's are from 1950 and they try to tell us they have remodelt and renovated the place , i have never ever seen a place this bad as this one i am scared to lay in the bed or sit on the sofa , it is truly unbelievable bugs everywhere and dirty this place should be close because of health concerns !

grungy rooms
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/2/09
I like the price but you get what you pay for. they enter your room when your not there to check up on you. I have pets and they have you pay a fee "for cleaning" but the bed, couch & chairs in the room have NOT been cleaned in a very long time. when I came to look at the room, they showed me a sample room with washer & dryer and was very clean. When I showed up they gave me a room with a broken dryer and no washer. When I asked about it they said that it would cost extra for w/d. The bed is hard a a rock with burn holes in it. There was a big hole punched in the wall in the utility closet 12in big. cockroaches in the kitchen the bath tube was clean but the draws were not.

Only a nice name
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 4/3/06
This place is in a blight area across the highway from an army base, Fort Gordon. While the management is polite, they are extremely slow/incompetent when it comes to issuing refunds if you decide to leave early. I have been waiting for nearly 4 months now for my $100 security deposit. While they have high speed internet access, it only works while physically outside the room. There are no other amenities besides a coin operated laundry room. 35-40 cent phone connection fees every time you place calls also makes it a poor choice for busy "executives." I have previewed and been inside 4 rooms, and they are very dated, worn, smell of cigarettes, etc. The furniture & mattress appear found in an alley and it is sad to see kids staying there. The other review titled "Nasty!" is very accurate. "Executive Suites Inn" is owned by a corporation called SIP, Inc. which the management has no contact information for regarding my security deposit refund. If you are reading this, you can learn from my mistake!! ATTN: Please post this unedited or not at all. Thank you.
