The Westin Atlanta Perimeter North, Atlanta

I found the staff to be excellent. Everyone I encountered was well trained, friendly and seemed to be genuinely interested in making ones stay as pleasant as possible. The lobby bar was a great place to sit and people watch with an excellent selection of appetizers (try the wasabi mushrooms) and friendly bartenders. The concierge offered great restaurant ideas and there is a shuttle service for nearby sites and to the closest Marta station. The only fault I could find was that our room was very small and the air conditioner was not quite adequate. Would definitely stay there again!

The staff were very proffessonal and polite. The hotel rooms lobby, and restaurant was very clean and nice. Security patrol the parking lot and their was all was someone in the parking lot which is all good. I did not like that they charge you 12.95 for 24hrs. of internet access.coluld not adjust the temperature of the air Conditioner. Their was no entertainment day or night, and 12.95 for breakfast. I guess I'm just use to the lower end motels where they offer free internet access, free breakfast and entertainment.

I am not a fan of the more expensive hotel chains--I prefer the more simple hotels chains such as Fairfield Inn and Hilton Garden Inn--but this hotel did not disappoint. It is very close to Perimeter Mall and lots of restaurants. Very good clean room, and professional staff. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

This is my absolute favorite place to stay in Atlanta! The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. An upscale establishment in a great loacation.

Service was 5 star. Breakfast buffet was good. This particular location has the "Heavenly Bed" and Heavenly Bath"--exquiste! Just heavenly. Going back again in 3 weeks. Found hotel special offers and the value was best I've seen. Romantic - restaurant and rooms overlooking private lake. Clean and full service. Had a couple of incidents that were handled quickly and to my pleasure (more than satisfaction).

Although I know this is a nice hotel, I was not happy with the reservation through Yahoo and the Westin. I had to cancel due to an unforeseen meeting and even though I cancelled two weeks out from the date they would not refund me a penny!!! I will not use this service again.
