The hotel was nice but not as nice as the other hotel by Westin that I have been to but good value for money.

Don't ever use there banquet the service is bad.

I went there for the Jewish holidays are the Banquet staff is lousy service for the money we paid it was not worth it the food was cold and along with the bad service and the head waiter did not even care I walked out in the middle of the meal it was so bad be care make sure you are getting your money and service worth.

Doubt I will go back unless it is free!

I went to check-in - was ok. Front desk personnel were not that sociable. They need to smile some. I turned to the other desk to ask the concierge a question and directions. During our talk, he told me to hold on and he went about 15 feet away to talk to someone else (a friend maybe???). Checking out was ok- but not for the person in front of me. I could hear everything the desk clerk was saying to the customer and she wasn't talking to the customer in a nice tone. Room was nice and clean.

Avoid this hotel - Dirty, and poor attention to detail.

This was most likely my last stay in a Westin. While Westin leads with its heavenly bed and modern decor, my past visits to 4 different Westins have been dismal. This particular stay shows that a nice bed won't make up for overall lack of attention to detail and cleanliness. After a smooth check-in, I take the elevator up to my floor to find a hallway with dirty dinged up walls and corroded door locks. After getting into the room, the bathroom is very dated with old tile which is broken in several areas, and the water coming out of the faucet was brown!! The toilet was dirty as well, with brown stains inside of it. Outside of the bathroom, the carpet was stained. The $15 grilled shrimp salad I ordered from room service had 3 shrimp on it. This hotel is no where near what a 4 star hotel should be. Avoid it unless you get a REALLY low price. On the good side, it is right next to interstate 95, the staff was friendly, and you could self park for free.
