NOT AS IT SEEMS

First of all, we had a coupon for a free night's stay, which we booked about 2 weeks ahead of time, and they wouldn't honor. Some song and dance about how it was entered as a gift certificate (their mistake, right?). Plus, none of the block of rooms reserved for this coupon (hhmmmm!! and what kind would those be???) were available and had to take another room which they "gratiously" gave to us at half price. Then, go upstairs and unpack and turn air down to have room cool later (90 degrees outside). Gone 5 hours, come back, room still hot. Allowed us to move next door. Husband quickly moved everything over. Then 15 minutes later, , knock on door, "can't have this room, it's being worked on". They would move us to a "premium" room on another floor because of our troubles. Moved there, same exact room!!! No different!! But at least the air worked. Bathrooms, VERY, VERY small! Smaller even than a lesser motel. The "balcony" listed? From the door to outer wall, maybe 2 feet. Oh, and DO NOT use the bottles of water in the room. In VERY small letters on the tag it says it costs $3.50 (for a .79 bottle). Downstairs looks nice, but upstairs hallways are hot, and carpet bad. As we were checking out, we overheard someone next to us checking in and getting a hassle about their reservation. Will not stay there again, and will not recommend to anyone.
