the pool was great

the room i was given had what appeared to be mold on the ceiling and smelt like it too. had to go to best western down the street which was the same price and much nicer upadated rooms, i would not recomend this place.

Love this place

My family and I love this hotel, we have been going there for 4 years for our family reunion, is like 50 of us!!!!! It is nice, clean, everybody is friendy...the price! u cant beat the price!!! it close to downtown, close to the beach, I would recommend it to anybody and everybody who is looking for a nice getaway, I have created lovely memories there for the pass for years and I hope I can continue to go there for many more years..

going back for the 3rd time

I was using yahoo travel to reserve this hotel & notice a few quite critical reviews - I haven't ever seen bugs here & we love this place - Before we found them we stayed at Naples Grande, Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn & others - Not to go into too much detail but we were always happiest here & great bargain - clean & no stale musty, smelly odors like some of the other places just down to earth & clean -

I don't know where those older reviews are talking about but sure isn't this place - there are no bugs - can't hear the bar from the room & the room I had was recently redone & clean,clean,clean also had fridge & microwave - Staff was totally accomodating. Excellent food at all three restaurants on site - Love the Salad with grilled chicken from the outside bar - You can grab a salad & your drink & enjoy by the pool

My Husband & I love this place

It's Quiet, Comfortable & Clean - the staff is very polite - You can lay by the pool under the palm tree a REALLY relax - We won't stay anwhere else - LOVE IT !!!!!

Love thi s place

Staff is very helpful, pool temperature is prefect, rooms are clean & tile floors are great for me with allergies - Restaurants on site are great - they even let me take pool towels to the beach - I fly down one a month on business & have tried almost every hotel - most much more expensive than this one because the rating claimed to be so good but this is the BEST place around for the money, comfort & even give to free breakfast bar - love the waffles - won't stay anywhere else P.S. been staying here for a year have NEVER seen any bugs!!!!!

Not a resort at all

it is a scary place after dark. if you are looking for a seedy hotel, you've found it. a teardown..........there are so many GOOD hotels in Naples but this isn't one. the employees are not particularly friendly and most of the time you feel you are bothering them when you need something. the bar crowd was very noisy and kept me up most of the night.

Weird!

Room appeared clean. Staff seemed genuinely surprised to hear cockroaches had been spotted in room. Shower temperature fluctuates wildly. Enough cabanet space to store a year's worth of supplies, but not a single towel rack and no toilet paper dispenser. Towels and TP on shelf behind toilet. At least they don't have one of those placards that suggest using towels more than one day - with no place to hang them, that would be quite an experience.
