Economy Inn - Ormond, Ormond Beach

The motel room wasn't clean and there were roaches in the room. Towels on the sink looked dingy. Did not have a coffee maker (which it was suppose to have). I would never recommend this motel to anyone.

As soon as we got there we had a problem . The male clerk afternoon/evening was very rude and in his own way called me a liar about reserving the room . i reserved a king size room and next to my reservation it had a space for requests and one of the requests were smoking room which i clicked on . As soon as I did that I called thee Lodge and asked if a smoking room would be available and i was told no problem . we went up to the room and the room said no smoking , so I went back to the clerk and he said I definetly didn't call there and that there was no such thing as a king size smoking room .He said do what you gotta do and I asked him for a ashtray and he said he had none and I could get a plastic cup and put water in it for a ash tray . The place was noisy and we hardly got any rest .On line next to the site where I reserved the room it stated $50.00 gas card which I was told that there was no such thing.We paid over $350.00 for two nights . NEVER AGAIN!!!!

It was easily accesible from I95 and to Daytona Beach. The price was right and it was very clean. Got the room I wanted and the desk help was very nice. Would like to stay there again.
