Hilton Palm Beach Airport, West Palm Beach

The room lacked items that we've come to expect given the 115 dollar price. Things like a refrig and micro would have made our stay far more enjoyable. The staff was friendly and seemed efficient. Lobby and outdoor / entrance speakers are nice but maybe room amenities would have been money well spent. 9 dollar pool-area drinks were a bit excessive in my opinion. I'm pretty sure that the room air handler needed bearings or something. It was loud.

I was impressed with this property, the cleanliness, the internet room and the restaurant was so good we ate there both nights, the lobster was great, the view of the lake from the restaurant was very nice. I would defenitely stay there again, no airport noise either.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay checking in on 8-10 and out on 8-13. We were picked up very promptly at the airport by a very nice guy named Edgar. The place is beautiful inside and out. We especially enjoyed the nice comfortable beds. The entire staff was so nice, friendly, and very helpful. Chris, supervisor of the bell staff, was very nice and drove us to the beach. Edgar drove us to City Place and pointed out attractions to us on the way. He is definitely an asset to the Hilton. Every front desk clerk was very nice as well. The Veranda Restaurant on the premises has excellent food. I would definitely give this place the highest possible rating. If I was ever in the West Palm Beach area again, I would definitely stay there! The location is wonderful, really close to the airport. Thanks to the Hilton shuttle, we didn't have to rent a car!

This is a very cozy, clean and comfortable place. Everyone is very friendly and the outside area is beautiful. My bad marks- Watch out for Keily who works in guest servies (can be a bit@@). Also the drivers almost mug you for tips. Don't excpect to go anywhere free without them giving you some sort of guilt trip or them telling you how much a cab would cost.

I got to the airport and was promptly picked up by the hotels shuttle. I was greeted as the front desk by a knowlegeable and friendly staff. After I checked in I went to my room. When I first walked in I was a hair bit disappointed. The hotel is rated as a 3 star hotel. The room was on par with this rating. It was clean. The sheets and pillows very very comfortable. I think the rest of the room could use a freshing up though. The best part of the hotel came when I went to the tiki bar by the pool. The food was good and Eddie the bartender is something else. He has stories, jokes, and good drinks. There is a lake next to the pool and bar with a dock. The scene is nice. The comp. breakfast was good with hot and cold choices. There was a guest reception in the evening with comp. drinks in the lobby. One con I had was the free wifi would not connect to all sites I needed other than that everything was good. I will def. stay here the next time I am in the area. Money well spent.
